AMHR Show Information
Show Start Time Friday 8:30 am
Come and Join the Fun. This Mid-America Miniature Horse Club
sponsored event would like to encourage families and new owners to come show in
an AMHR sanctioned show. MAMHC is also
sponsoring an AMHA show on June 26th and 27th, please see
the AMHA show premium list and AMHA entry forms for more information.
Awards: Awards will be given in the form of vouchers that can
be used at the park restaurant, participating vendors, or turned in at the
office for the appropriate ribbon, or can be used to
pay for entry fees for added classes (Not Cash Back). Grand and Reserve
class winners will receive rosette ribbons.
Entry Forms: Entry forms must be completed and
signed. See Entry Form and Stall
reservation sheet for pricing. When filling out Entry Forms PLEASE put your
contact phone number and email address (if available) on your entry form. That way if I have any questions or issues
with your entries I can get them taken care of before the show. Include Copies of BOTH sides of AMHR
registration papers of each horse, lease agreements, copy of youth and/or
Amateur cards, Stall Reservation sheet and a check/money order for payment with
entries. All entries must be paid for
before receiving back numbers.
Exhibitors are welcome to leave open checks that are to be settled by
the end of the show. There is a $25
returned check fee. Checks are to be made out to MAMHC and
mailed to Kim Sullivan 289 Galloway Rd Stamping Ground, KY 40379.
Post/Late entries: Entries must be postmarked
by June 10th to avoid late Fees! Post/Late entry fees are
$5.00 per Class. If Post/late fees are owed they will be
calculated and charged at the show. Please
contact show management if you need to post enter.
Measuring:
Horses must be measured prior to receiving show numbers. At measuring time you
must present your horses registration papers to the Steward. (No Papers, No Official Measurement, No
showing) Scheduled
times for measuring are Thursday 3:00pm
– 9:00pm, Friday 6:45am- 8:00am.
Measurement time will resume on Friday morning after Hunter classes and will
continue until 1:00pm. Please notify show management and/or Steward if you need to
measure at a different time. There
will be an AMHR measuring Steward and an AMHA measuring Steward. If your horse is also showing in the
AMHA show it needs to measure under both Stewards before receiving its back
number. An AMHA show measurement will not count for the official AMHR
measurement or vise versa
