All participating horses must be AMHA
registered. Stallions three years and
older must have a stallion certificate in order to participate. All horses must be measured. Stalls are $47.50 per weekend (two horse
maximum). Camper hook-ups are $25.00
per day. Valid AMHA registration,
coggins dated within 12 months for out-of-state horses, health certificate
within 30 days for out-of-state horses, youth and/or amateur numbers must be

General Rules and Information:
This show is accredited and conducted under the 2010 rules and regulations of the American Miniature Horse Association.
All horses must be registered with the American Miniature Horse Association.
This show is triple judged. Points and awards will be awarded by each judge. Show bucks will be awarded for 1st – 6th places. These show bucks have a monetary value that can be used with the vendors or towards your show bill. Ribbons are available in the show office if your preference is ribbons.
Championship Ribbons will be awarded to Grand Champions & Reserves. Supreme Champions will received Neck Sashes and Awards.
Overall High Point Awards will be given in the following categories: High Point Youth 12 & Under, High Point Youth 13-18, High Point AOTE, High Point Amateur, High Point Country Pleasure Driving Horse, High Point Single Pleasure Driving Horse.

Stabling: 475 permanent stalls. Shavings available for $7.00 per bag. No more than two horses per stall. If you
wish to be stabled with another exhibitor/farm, please indicate this on your entry form. No layover fee
on Sunday if you leave by 10:00 a.m. Monday. Classes must be added at least 5 classes in advance.
Early Arrival/ If you plan on arriving
before Friday or stay after Sunday, please notify Laura Mullen at 919-499-

Wash Rack: Paved wash rack areas at designated locations in the barns.
Arena: 130' x 280' Indoor Arena with 60' x 120' Make Up Arena
Camping: 280 Camper hookups available with 30 amp service. Camper permits are $25.00 per night. Bathrooms with showers are available for both men and women along with laundry facilities. Reserve your camping
spot through Champions Center by calling 937-324-4353 and pre-pay with Master Card and Visa or
on your entry form with show management.
Food Stand: Food and refreshments will be available during the show.
Smoking: No smoking will be allowed in the barns, the arena or in the horse show office. No alcohol is allowed
on the show grounds.

Entry Fees: Open Classes: $40.00; Amateur Classes: $35.00; Youth Classes: $25.00.
Flat Fee Package: $100.00 Pay $100.00 and enter as many classes as you wish with that particular horse.
May be any combination of open, youth or amateur classes. Once you reach $100.00 worth of entries, the
remaining classes are free. The post-entry flat fee charge is $125.00.
Youth Classes: All youth must have an AMHA Youth
number to participate. Application for
a Youth card may be filled out day of show at the Horse Show Office. AMHA youth are those youth 18 years &
under as of January 1, 2010.
Amateur An AMHA Amateur Card is required to participate in Amateur classes. Amateur cards are $10.00 to
Classes: AMHA members; $50.00 to non-members. Applications are available at the Horse Show Office.
Amateurs showing in Amateur/AOTE classes must be the owner of the horse or an immediate family
member. AOTE
horses must not have been handled by a professional handler under any circumstance
since December 31, 2009.
Stalls: $47.50 for the weekend (maximum 2 horses per stall). Shavings available for purchase for $7.00 per bag. No straw allowed for bedding. Stall cleanings to be dumped in designated areas only.
Measuring: Measuring will take place on Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and upon request throughout the
remainder of the show weekend by contacting the show office. All horses must be measured. Exhibitor packets and numbers will be issued after measurement. A clear copy of your registration papers must be presented at measuring.

Information: all out-of-state horses. Owners of senior stallions (3 yrs. & older) must present a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection for cryptorchidism to show management prior to participating in an AMHA approved show. Judges Evaluation Cards will be available in the Show Office, and may be completed on a voluntary basis. If a horse is gelded, "gelding" must be indicated on the registration papers in order to show.
Entries: All entry forms, copies of both sides of the AMHA registration papers for each horse, lease agreements,
copy of Coggins papers, copy of
Amateur and/or Youth cards, copy of Veterinary
Inspection for Senior Stallions, and a check/money order in payment of classes,
stalls, AMHA fee, RV fees,etc., are to be sent to Show Manager Laura
Mullen. Checks are to be made payable
to MAMHC. Entries postmarked after the pre-entry deadline will be assessed
a post-entry fee of $5.00 per class (exception - youth classes). This fee will be strictly enforced. Any checks not honored by the bank will be
charged a $35.00 NSF fee. All monies
must be paid or an open check left at the office before numbers will be issued.
Refunds: Refunds will only be given on receipt of a veterinary certificate stating the reason the horse may not be
shown. Stall fees and office fees will not be refunded.
PA System: It is the owner/handler/exhibitor's responsibility to be on time for classes. Announcements to the barn
area are a management courtesy. We will be using a two-minute gate call. Please check in with the gate
person when you arrive at the gate.
Special Needs: Exhibitors with special needs are welcome to participate in the show. If special accommodations are
needed, please let the show
manager know in advance.
Pets: All dogs must be leashed.
Conduct: Cruelty, abuse or inhumane treatment of any horse in the show ring, barn, stalls or on the fairgrounds
is strictly prohibited. The use of stimulants or depressants or any drug affecting the showing of a horse
is forbidden. Anyone guilty of the above will have their entries cancelled and will be ordered off the
grounds immediately. No refunds will be given.
